HOW TO GET HELP FROM VARIETY OF ILLINOIS
Variety - The Children's Charity of Illinois offers children with disabilities durable medical equipment too costly for a family to afford and that is not covered by insurance.
Kids on the Go! Sports Mobility Program provides those 21 years old and younger with necessary wheelchairs and adapted sports bikes when this equipment cannot be obtained from any other source.
